So I went in to my Sims game, finally got Cid moved in with Tifa, had to fix a slight oversight (when I moved Cid in, Shera came, but Kain didn't), then I shuffled off to Sim State University to start making up some of the sims I'd idly made in Body Shop.
Problem the First: Two of my Bhaalspawn sims (sims I'd made up of my BG2 protagonists) weren't showing so I decided not to make up any of the Bhaalspawn. Not to matter, I had a few others sitting around that I could make up, and inventiveness with some of the models generated more... as well as one lucky accident.
So now I have dorm with one human, two Drow, one Moon Elf, an Aasimar and a Tiefling.

This is Robert Albrecht. Interesting story, I picked up a brochure at work advertising phone software downloads - you know, ringtones, wallpapers and games - and the ad for The Sims (phone version) had a rather cute guy on it, so I brought the brochure home and eventually got around to opening Body Shop and constructing the sim. Robert is the eventual product of that brochure.
Robert is my "human".

This is Solaufein Nathes. Yes, absolutely based on the BG2 Solaufein. Actually, those Bhaalspawn Sims I mentioned? One of them is Blaise Draconis, a PC I ended up romancing Solaufein with in BG2/ToB. I felt it slightly unfair on Blaise to set him loose in Pleasantview and not make his Drow sweetheart available.
To add irony to that, I have just discovered that Blaise seems to be totally missing. I suspect he suffered the same fate Avarin did the first time I made him up - I forgot to save before closing Body Shop down. The real pity is that unlike Avarin, who was a slightly altered clone of Avaril's sim, I made Blaise totally from scratch so I'm going to have to make him from scratch again.

This is Ferin Vauras. I simply grabbed one of the Drow models sitting in my collection, altered it slightly and now I have yet another dark elf in my game.

Now Ferin came from a romance idea I had at one point - probably an idea that is a bloody dime a dozen - a thought about a Drow and a surface elf falling in love. Cheesy? Yes, I know it is!
Anyway, the idea obviously required a female elf, but my attempts to make one haven't quite gone all that great in the attempts I have made so far. I blame it on the racial bone structure laid out by D&D - they're too angular to look really nice.
Anyway, Kalian Meratraia is one such attempt, one that I've chucked in the game despite my reservations about her looks. Whether she ends up with Ferin is another question entirely.

Erinye Sildayan was a rather interesting case. The sim she's based on has a normal skintone, green eyes and blonde hair... and neko ears. Erinye got to be what she is through fiddling while I was making her in-game. I started out putting her in really skimpy clothing - more skimpy than that black number she's in, that's for sure! - and got this idea of her being a romance sim to rival Succubus for sleeping around (actually, she may already be ahead of Succubus - side effect of her being in a dorm methinks). Then I went hunting through skin tones and found I loved the contrast Pixie Dust had with her make-up (make-up that was on the original blonde sim), carried on with the idea that was forming and got her some lovely fiendish eyes... then something went wrong and the silver jewellery I'd put on her wasn't converting to gold so I started again.
Tell you what, when you know what you're doing the job goes a lot quicker than when you're just fooling around.
Anyway, git her remake and clothed in something a bit more befitting the fiend idea I developed of her.
Just a note on her name - Erinyes is a type of D&D devil, the fiendish (Lawful Evil) version of a succubus (Succubi are demons - Chaotic Evil). The narf-up is that I think I gave Succubus a surname that is derived from devils, not demons, and I can't edit it because I don't have a version of SimPE that is compatible with Bon Voyage.
Erinye's surname has no meaning in relation to D&D monsters.

Channa Deis was a serendipitous accident. When I was starting in on making sim number 5 (I think) in this group, the random sim that came up right at the start struck me as almost a celestial - and in a group that already had a tiefling in Erinye, an aasimar to balance it up would be fun.
Channa didn't need much changing from her base - I altered her face only very slightly, changed her hair to a true blonde (but the same style), her eyes to pupil-less yellow and did the rest of her clothes (that dress in the pic is the one her base came in). I imagine her to be the descendant of a celestial from Chauntea's plane.
For those who don't know what tieflings or aasimars are, a tiefling has either a devil or a demon somewhere in their ancestry, while aasimars have a celestial somewhere in their ancestry. Both usually show some characteristic that reveals their supernatural heritage, like strange eyes, a strange scent, odd hair colour, horns or hooves in the case of tieflings or a strong stare.
Anyway, so far I think I have everyone now registered with majors, and Erinye has already seduced three of her dorm-mates - with the help of the Love Crystal. I feel like being a bit ironic with her and eventually pairing her permanently with Channa.
