Sephiroth

So, after giving that information overload I read some thought, I have come to see a way through the issue of Sephiroth to allow for reserection fics in my mind.


So we have Jenova, a creature that acts like virus and possesses no true conciousness, only working on instinct. Sure, it's borrowed the conciousness of people it's infected but borrowing is not owning.

Sephiroth is the merging of a species that does have true conciousness and of Jenova - therefore making him an evolved version of Jenova, possessing it's instincts but with a mind of a human.

Then we have Kadaj, Yazoo and Loz - the fragments of his spirit given physical form due to corrupt spirit energy - corrupt Lifestream.

Aerith, acting as the guiding spirit of the pure Lifestream acts to get rid of Geostigma - get rid of Jenova.
In the process of doing this she also purifies the spirit of Kadaj (when he disperses at the end he turns into green motes of spirit energy - pure Lifestream instead of corrupt). So why not carry one and do likewise with the other two and purify them?

So once all three are purified, and most - if not all - Jenova DNA is gotten rid of in the physical world, then Sephiroth as a whole has been purified and reconciled with the Lifestream.

Yeah, I'm a twit, but I'm a twit who wants a way out she can believe so that redeemed!Sephi reserection fics don't grate in the aftermath of some theories that are very convincing.
