I spend too much in stores! I think I totally wasted my gil on too much materia in Sector 6 and again on weapons in Wall Market so I can't afford the best tiara! Waaaaah!

I miss cheats - I love cheats, I live by the damn things!

And while I'm on that thought, what is gameshark? I keep hearing about it, I get the idea it's a cheat program but where does one find it?

A gameshark is something you have to buy. ^^;
You then have to plug it in instead of a memory card or controller (I'm not entirely sure) and then you can get all the cheats you need/want.
As for the gil, I always do that too. Dx Defeating a few Hell houses should get you going again, though. :3

It's a playstation thing huh? Bah! Doesn't help much when one has the game on PC!

I did try a game editor (Jenova) but I keep getting errors.

Maybe I'll track back amongst my savegames (which are frankly in a frightful mess!) and find the one in the second reactor - I can't actually recall correctly which shop I wasted the gil in though, whether it was Sector 7 before the reactor or Sector 6 after.

The question is whether it'll work on Feanor - Jenova can open but it frags up when I try to alter the gil number or even try to access the materia tab.

Update he says there is one and he'll get it for you that'll let you change your gil amount. ^_^ Hope that helps.

Actually, GameShark has been around since the original NES and I think it's been on just about every console. I have 2 for my Game Boy.

Still, the only time I played console games I wasn't all that interested in cheating in them as I do when I get into an RPG - like Baldur's Gate or FFVII.
