Now I am confuzzled, I've read another review of AC that implies contary to the first one I read.

Notably, this quote:

...Suggesting that a new peace of mind can now come to Cloud. He and the children have survived,...

I guess I will just have to wait for the DVD to be sure, won't I?

Edit: I should really leave off posting things like this until I have read through something completely.

he plotline was well conceived – at least for a 100-minute long movie – and left little room for boredom, despite some passages that bear little originality. One of such passages being Aerith sending Cloud back from death by telling him there's no room for him in the Lifestream.

WHEE!!! *Pouncetacklehug Aerith*

I could really see Aerith doing that with an innocent smile and a 'Teehee.'

"Sorry Cloud, the lifestream just doesn't want you. So it's back you go! *she proceeds to pull out a large anime styled mallet and gets ready to swing* "

Cloud: Eeep... O.O

I currently believe it's an excuse to make sure Cloud lives a long happy life. Smart girl if so!

It would make sense. Aerith doesn't seem the type to want Cloud moping after her for years and years and being a miserable prat because of it.
