- Sun, 12:07: You want to bring up a cultural bias that Tolkien had, well I tend to think he was a product of his time.
- Sun, 12:09: You want questionable writing of other races (of humans)? Read Narnia.
- Sun, 12:10: If someone wrote a book *now* with the same cultural biases as Tolkien had, I'd be happy to sit back as people screamed "Racist!" at it.
- Sun, 12:11: But Tolkien was a man of a past era, with different standards.
- Sun, 12:12: Identify the biases, recognize them as such. Use them to recognize your own biases, and go on and enjoy the books anyway.

- Sun, 14:53: ~You told me, "Yes" You held me high And I believed when you told that lie~
- Sun, 14:53: ~I played soldier, you played king And struck me down, when I kissed that ring~
- Sun, 14:53: ~You lost that right, to hold that crown I built you up, but you let me down~
- Sun, 14:53: ~So when you fall, I'll take my turn And fan the flames As your blazes burn ~
- Sun, 15:26: Nárë is such fun. There's something liberating about playing a character so vicious and misanthropic.
