It is, but it originated from the movie "Dirty Dancing", where the lead female's name was Baby.

Here's the Supernatural bit it's from-- from season 7 after they've had to ditch the Impala.

"'Nobody puts Baby in a corner!'"

"Swayze movie, Sam! Swayze always gets a pass!"

Ahh yeah. Been a very long time since I watched Dirty Dacing, and I didn't start downloading season 7 until ep 7.16.

The Project (Australian current affairs show with a good whack of comedy in it) had a thing on about lines in movies that make men cry.
