agiftedmind. It's a damn good movie with a damn good plot, and I'd recommend it to everyone.
But the real kicker of the day? I lost my phone.
I'd taken it out of my pocket to turn it off as per cinema curtsey, and afterwards I was halfway home when I went hunting for it... and couldn't find it.
Oh, I've called both the cinema and Telstra - the cinema to ask if they found it (they didn't, but if it turns up they'll call me) - and Telstra to have it suspended, and the handset locked.
I am willing to allow for a week, but after that I will go to the Telstra store and see about getting a new phone. The person on the phone said that the phone number can be rebooted - if I get back the phone it will be unsuspended, if I get a new one it can be put on the same phone number.
I can live without a mobile phone for a week - it's not like when I can't get online, something that drives me totally batty (and I should have too much problem with from now on, what with two computers and a USB modem (so no problems with an internal modem breaking) to trade between them). I have a landline anyway, so I'm not phoneless.
