I Has a Truck x2

While I was at the hospital yesterday (another check-up on this wound - it's doing fine BTW, though the rash from adhesive has done it's fair share of damage to the skin around it) Mum went around to pick up the Ratchet that agiftedmind put on laybuy.

Today I also managed to sort my money around so I could get Chromia off laybuy. Just to be clear, it an Offroad Ironhide toy, but since it's blue I've branded it as Chromia, even if it means she's rather butch.

I have yet to transform her into robot mode, and right now not a lot of inclination to do so. I also rather like leaving Ratchet in vehicle mode as well, since he's got nice lines in that mode but the way his truck nose is upside down in robot mode is a bit... odd. His bullbars also make him look like he's wearing a bra.

With both of them off, I can concentrate on the Toyworld laybuy - the one with TFA Megatron, movieverse Jazz, the Wahmbulance (who I am tentatively thinking of as First Aid, when I don't think of it as "Wahmbulance"), and the Aerialbots.

If you transform Chromia, good luck getting her back into a truck. (Just saying - I've had to walk a few people through it in the past.) Tis not an easy thing and involves what I've come to call 'necessary violence'. ^^;;;;;;;

Heh, I'll keep that in mind - I'll probably try to transform her once, to see how annoying she can be, and if she's really annoying I'll keep her in truck mode. She'll have to be quite annoying though, the two Leader Class trucks are pretty damn annoying and I still transform them every so often.

The leader class trucks are more 'popping panels, popping panels' and Ironhide is more 'argh jam squish why-won't-this-fit?!'.
