I really, really really hate it when Noddy decides to go narf up the sound settings on my Media Player. They were just fine as they were before and I did not want a crapload of background noise and base massing up my music! I think I have it back to something I can live with now, at least.
This is the problem with my brother, he likes to mess up things and doesn't bother to think that maybe the way it was before is the way the owner likes it! I mean, he had this big thing about some of the community TV networks, particularly some Sydney one (go figure, he lives in Sydney) and had this big thing for a while about Mum's TV and the settings on it. The thing is with Mum's TV, it's cheap - 66cm TV that we got for about $300 because the price of picture tube TVs has crashed with the advent of reasonably priced LCD ones on the market these days, and that's all we do in a hurry at the time the old TV was breaking down (and given that we'd had the old TV for over 20 years, it'd served it's time).
But one of the things with this TV is that all the channels had already been programmed into it by the makers so all five of Australia's nation-wide free-to-air non-digital channels were in it as soon as we plugged it in... but Noddy has to come along and fool with it because he's missing some of the TV shows he likes because we don't get a SYDNEY community TV channel!
Not to mention he spend a good few days early on trying to convince Mum to get Foxtel again, which we just can't afford. We've looked at the prices and we know we can't, which is also the reason why I still have dial-up internet, because I can't afford to get ADSL.
As the title of this post says, it's a good thing he's leaving to go back to Sydney in two days, there is only so much of Noddy Mum and I can stand at one time and I think we're both at the end of our ropes with it.

Also, you could just brush the cat's teeth with his toothbrush.
