mimi_sardiniaOkay, so as most might know, I reloaded the Sims 2. I've been lucky, my old game is running reasonably, though I'm not totally without bugs stuffing things up.
Probably the most annoying thing is that I can't reduce the game to do something else, or the game will totally crash. I used to be able to reduce it, but not anymore. This means that it has taken three goes to get Starwing's makeover done again - not counting the crash this evening, since I'd managed to save after doing the clothing shopping.
On the upside, I seem to be having luck with working with Plant Sims, even to the point of spending a while this evening playing the Greenman house in preparation of moving Rose into Ultra Magnus' house (which includes editing her relationship with Jason Greenman so I could trigger some fighting).
But anyway, pics from the last few sessions.
This is just for the cute factor - Sunstorm playing with infant Starwing.
One of those previous tries that crashed on me had Starwing age up with the exact hair I wanted to put on her.
Take note of the Wants panel at the bottom - Magnus dialed up an engagement want. This however was a crashed session as well.
Random walk-by - I found this chick lolarious that she's dressed so scantily in the middle of winter.
I vaguely recall downloading this thing - I think. It's cute though.
Here's a decent close-up of the final makeover of Starwing. The original version had her in a lighter shade of blue, but I found that dress appeared in Formal, but this didn't.
Elita likes her PJs... XD I also have her the household gardener, though I might make Rose a gardening expert too, once she's moved in.
So I wanted them to talk, but for some reason I can't seem to keep att their interests at 100%, so I dispensed with talk and went to flirting... and slow dancing.
Of course, then I sent them on a date.
Great, Sunstorm decides to take Mags out to dinner and TC abd Dawny turn up?
Anyway... after sitting though a nice dinner of lobster thermiador, Sunstorm came out with a surprise... ^_^
And they went and woohoo'd in the photo booth to celebrate. XD
