Well I heard the Aussie price for the PS3 - $700. For everyone else, that's about $578 USD.

Dammit, I think I might just have to collect PS games until the damn thing gets cheaper. Either that or bust my gut trying to save up for it.

I wish I could win tonight's Powerball.

Edit: Shit, I just scared myself when I entered the conversion rate for $750 wrong! Anyhow, I was asking Mum if that meant the 20GB or the 60GB and she corrected the amount. The news item didn't say which capacity that was for either.

I ain't payin' that much for a game machine. I have plenty of ps2 and even ps1 games that I haven't even gotten through yet. Plus the early and expensive runs of a new machine are always the ones with the most hardware issues. I'll be waiting at least two years if I get this new console at all.

I may take that course as well, I can get a PS2 for about the same price as a DS at the moment so I may just buy PS3 games that interest me as they comes and put them in storage.
