Valar Sims

A random thought sent me looking for Lord of the Rings sim skins and I stumbled upon a website that has skins for the Silmarillion.

To say that the Bint is pleased is an understatement and a couple of my fellow bonds... well I share the Bint's headspace with some of the Valar and while Manwë has a preference for not wearing a beard (he took a fondness to a celebrity the Bint is a fan of and now wears icons wherever he can of that person) they're both hopping to make a Valar neighbourhood once the skins are downloaded and installed.

Well I've filled up the neighbourhood that I have my FF sims living in. There's a few households that aren't FF sims but the FF ones outnumber them.

Well I finished fixing the problems with The Sims (V. 1) and got about 5 households set up though only three of them have houses and only 2 of those three I have played out some time with them.

Sims Lesson

When reinstalling The Sims (v. 1) do not dump a pile of skins you have had previous problems with into your Skins folder. That way leads to game-crashes.


Once I'm done reinstalling I will start playing with my newest household: Cloud, Sephiroth and Squall (I am under some influence there from a Kingdom Hearts PWP I read).
