mimi_sardiniaI'm tired, I'm damn worried about facing the oncoming heat of full day, I have several chibi pictures to be scanned and there's still the heat issue to worry about with Fëanor, and I have 39 fucking emails in my inbox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Spam not included.)
Oh, and yes, I'm home.
I am really not up to going into a huge long post about everything I did, though I will say that I have a few words on a few points:
1st cousins once removed can be good motivators towards fanart.
So can the lack of internet.
Said lack of internet is also a good motivator to read.
I think I scraped up a better haul of not-quite-christmas-present books than I did christmas presents.
Car conversation on a 10-or-so-hour-long-trip tends to gravitate towards traffic, speed limits and speed cameras.
I wish we could afford air-con.
I am dosing myself with some heavy Nightwish therapy - having Wish I had An Angel as my ringtone has had it effects - I need to listen to the proper song, not a damn midi played on a mobile.
I am currently checking my account to see just how much money I managed to save in the end - if my rough estimate is right, I have the rent, my estimated amount for buying FF8, and enough to laybuy a special at Big W - on the proviso that it is a nation-wide deal (the catalogue was one in my aunt's mail) and that it isn't clearance.
Said Big W deal: A PS2+controller, some special type of controller extra (dual shock? I think?) and an 8MB memory stick - $234 or $239.
If I could grab that I'll have that done early.
I'm worried about Fëanor though, I want to scrape up the money to get it in to be seen to. I have damn phone bills though. XP
Oh well, I have to go hunt through the Telstra website, hunt through Ebay, clean out my email box and survive daylight now. Meh.
