Just realised you won't be able to SEE that they have a portrait until they talk to you. And they don't yet.
The mod so far seems to come to about 650 ish KBs. You could shop off 330 of those if you're prepared to do a bit of tweaking with the install files, though I don't know if an extra 330 kbs download will make all that much difference.
