LOL G-verse

mimi_sardiniaI keep a folder that has my random G-verse materials (including the paltry few fics I have finished and a few more that have stalled halfway) and looking at my chart of who junctions which GF in a time travel crossover of any sort... and realized that I'd written it up before the G-verse OT3 came into being (that is, the Bahamut/Tyr/Griever one).
So I had to go shuffle all the GFs around and I have a few definite opinions on which GFs go with which characters, which has left Seifer with only two - Balder and Heimdall - but considering that I count those two as being some of the stronger GFs, I'm probably not depriving him too much.
Of course, the layout of GFs in this is dependent on the idea that they absolutely must be junctioned to a human from their own time, because there's several junctions that wouldn't normally happen - like Phoenix, Frigga, Gilgamesh, Boko, Mog and Moomba... and possibly Tiamat as well. I could easily see Princess Highwind as not being fond of junctioning.
And it just occurred to me that Ellone doesn't have a junction, which may mean I can let Seifer have three junctions, because I like the idea that all the other GFs really don't like the idea of her being junctioned to a sorceress - due to issues involving her ever coming to the notice of Ultimecia and messing up time.
Ultimecia is kinda a chronological iceberg - or at least Time Compression is. It's this big awkward thing that only the noticeable direct effect was when Ellone tossed Squall and his team through time to get to Ultimecia, but really there's a lot more of Time Compression hidden just under the surface of "normal time" and it's a bit of a tricky thing to cope with.
But then I over-think all this stuff so much and yet come up with little besides my waffling.
