Summer

Dear World,

I hate summer.

Oh, I am grateful the hot weather was late this year, but now it's here... well it's not easy to live with.

I am just glad I held out yesterday on my sleep, it does make it easier if I can sleep during the relative cool of night.

My only salvation in this swelter is my fans, even half their efficiency is nullified by me being upstairs, but I also value the comfort of being able to lie on my bed.

The heat of Vector's internals on my chest doesn't help too much.

Dear God,

Thank you for holding off the heat until after the new year. I am grateful, in spite of my current dislike of the heat.

I hope You can see that such heat will not stay for too long, but if You see the overall climatic wisdom to do otherwise, it's Your will, after all. I just felt like letting You know my humble opinion on the matter.
