Slagging Bloody Weather, Slagging Bloody Car.

Well, I can't go buying up my wishlist yet, the car is crapped out for the moment. It seems that the day Mum picked me up from the airport she didn't quite close her car door in the rush to get all my stuff inside, out of the rain. The side effect of that was that the car battery has run down.

She called in the RACQ to find that besides a dead battery, the main oil line has a huge gaping hole in it, so not only does it need a new oil hose, it needs to be towed to the garage for it and the battery recharged.

So all I've done so far is the groceries, a takeaway lunch (ricepaper rolls), and a taxi fare home. I went over slightly on the groceries.

ETA: And now the phone bill has come in. I hope it's not too horrendous.

The Return of the ETA: It's only mildly horrendous. I may be able to make plans for buying some more simpoints, but not any toys.
