I Has Voteded

Been and gone to the polling booths nice and early, also got myself a packet of homemade toffees from the fundraiser stall (the local polling location is at a nearby school - there's always a fundraiser stall on election days) and picked up a sausage sanger (sausage, onions and sauce on a slice of bread) and a Sprite afterwards.

I was rather amused when looking over my senate form to find that there actually is an Australian Sex Party.

Since getting back, I did look them up and they actually have some serious policies they back. I'm now kinda sad I didn't go with something I said to Mum and voted for them instead of the Greens, but the Greens are a good party too, so I won't mourn the choice. I'll just keep the Sex Party in mind for future elections.
