Free!

I have been freed of the vac! The expensive machine that I had attached to me to treat this wound? They decided that I could go off it.

The wound is still open, but it's getting a lot smaller now and the drainage is down to not very much, so I'm just on a simple dressing now. Still going to have community nurses coming - daily now, as against once every three days before - but that's okay.

Need to get another certificate too, failed to get one in at the hospital.


At least I don't have to worry any more about protecting a very expensive piece of medical equipment now.
