Sims - Yey!
30 September 2007 01:58I got through a shopping trip where I bought three lots of jewellery without losing it!
The one I sent shopping (after he wanted to be stubborn about it) was Squall. He ran into Talos at the shops and sat down for a bit of a chat - Squall needs all the chances he gets to keep in contact with his kids. I decided to risk it and did a bit of shopping for the Icequeen household at the same time as I was buying jewellery for Squall, and on a whim, grabbed Andraeus (Riku's parental unit) and did the whole jewellery bit for the Kingdoms as well.
I'll tell you one thing, that is a right pain, jewellery shopping, though mainly because I end up buying every piece available - and for all age groups too! - so I have a full range to select from when I'm choosing what to put on a given sim.
Anyway, I got Sqi=uall home, prodded the household servo robot (Nida) into planting the vege garden... and Laguna had the baby he was carrying! It's a girl, and I named her Wind.
One thing puzzles me though, Wind doesn't show a family connection to Squall - I wonder if that is some oversight of the male pregnancy hack? Maybe when the next version of SimPE is released and I'm able to download it I'll do something about that, along with fixing the family link between Laguna and Storm. Though now that I think about it, it'd also mean I'd have to insert links between Wind and Ellone and Talos too... Mrrr.
