A minor bit of amusement - if one stands Squall on a train track in FFVIII, and a train comes along, it slows to a stop and then reverses and goes the other way.

FFVIII Plotbunny: Parental Rights

So I had a plotbunny start chewing on me yesterday but there was a couple of things I couldn't iron out to my liking so I delayed posting. Well I slept on it and it decided to evolve during that period of time where I'm half awake and thinking of sweet fluffy shippiness while trying to go back to sleep.

I will admit this slightly resembles a fic I read ages ago.
