Well given that yesterday I asked at Centrelink about my advance I still have almost two months left on it so that is going to be... fun to work around, what with the PS2 laybuy.
I figure, as long as I can get $80 to $100 of it paid by the time I get full money (July 20, or there abouts) I'll be able to pay off the rest in one go, or get an extention long enough to get the last little bit.
I am hoping the change in my phone contract will help cut my overall phonebill down because this is not going to be easy - Mum will definately not be able to help because she was forced to get an advance out to get the car fixed and she also has to save up for rego and insurance.
Plus I still won't be able to play even the two games I already have until I get a memory card - though it's still nice to know I do have a couple of games to play straight up (FFX and KH1).
I also want to keep $15 to $20 today - I want pizza.
I'm just glad I can play ignorant at the moment about phonebills, the last one I got looked like the last little bit (a little over $5) before I get the combined bill for both landline and mobile and I paid that today. As long as the bill isn't over $100 because then I'll be really wondering exactly what sort of scam Telstra is pulling because I unless I've been doing something like entering an SMS competition I don't get much more than $90 combined on my phonebills anyway and the all-in-one deal I changed to not long ago said I'd get free calls which aught to knock down almost all the local calls made on the landline (which is mostly internet dial-up calls anyway).
