Well I have most of the FF families on peices of land now, though I have yet to do much more than a little landscaping.
I am glad of one thing, there's a tool that allows one to regreen (grow grass) on land that one has been shaping which I once saw a friend use a long while ago (about when Vacation had first come out) and I can now use that. It makes the whole landscaping a lot more sightly now I can remove those ugly dirt-brown patchs where I've altered the terain.
I settles the Turk family (same as before, Rufus, Reno, Rude and Elena) into a prebuilt house - no. 2 Sim lane, one of the old premade houses. I have had them visit a couple of the shopping districts - well, Rufus went downtown for a while and came home with some roses that he gave Elena - and I took 'em to the petstore and now they have a cat and a dog.
I also have created several Valar families - Sulimo, Mahal, Mandos, Lorien - but I am yet to find them land yet. If I have to, I'll remove all the premade sims to make space for all the sims I'm planning.
