What does your user name mean (if it has a meaning) and how did you pick it to be your user name?

Well this is probbly going to be boring but my username, mimi_sardinia, is my name.

My full name is Merryweather Kyla Sardinia but I shorten it to Mimi Fish. When I made this journal I checked for mimi_fish and found it taken so I checked for variations and found mimi_sardinia wasn't taken.

My journal title, Fishgirl Fantastico, was a title the Bint labelled with me because I kinda adopted the trout as my mascot during the height of my Sevilian days (trout - Mimi Fish - the reasoning isn't all that hard).
I still have the Blade of Trouts sword the Bint made up though, it's a bit like Sting from LotR but it has a trout engraved on it's blade.
If the Bint ever won lotto I'd find someone who could make a real model of it.

Birthdate/origin

I finally got around to pulling down a couple of the Bint's diaries and going to look for her original notation of my creation.

There was a period between 1995 and 2001 where the Bint kept diaries that she put notes in whenever she imagined something new. The early ones (95-97) were only pocket-sized ones that merely had a name/title and some symbol she made up to identify them by (especially if they were continuing sagas). The 98 diary was a gift she got from a family friend and it was a large (A4 paper size) business diary which incited her to write extensive descriptions of the ideas she came up with but that had the side effect of her not recording the notes as often. The ones after 98 were smaller (A5 paper size) but could allow the descriptions. She eventually gave up on them, especially when she got online.

Anyway, I grabbed a few of these and started looking through them and I found my notation on the 18th of April 2000.

The note is a basic description of the story of my family issues and Harliquin taking me under her wing - the same thing I said a couple of weeks ago that I felt very detached from but it still makes a curious bit of nostalgia reading the notes about Harliquin, Tael, Halli and the rest of the Power Elite. None of the rest of them exist as soulbonds.

I now know I have my own birthdate, though don't ask about my age - it's either 24, 26 or almost 5. (26 is the Bint's age, she considers me 'a couple of years younger' and almost 5 because it's almost 5 years since she invented me.)

I do know for sure now that I predate her time online though.

Edit: I put that date on my user info, though with the Bint's birthyear as it's the one that would be legally recognised and besides, putting 2000 would look... odd.
