I really want to get to know Kain - if mainly because he's first choice for Bahamut. Besides, what I do know of him, thanks to Wikipedia, he's damn interesting - moreso than Cecil seems to be shaping up to be.
Scratch my idle thought about Cecil and Rydia, I poked FF.net and found a C2 for Kain and Rydia. That's a pairing that sounds interesting!
