Collecting Stuff

So, I've now got Aeris' mythril, I've packed as many Enemy Skills as I can at the moment onto both of my ES materia (I picked a second up somewhere...) and each now have 6 skills each (Flame Thrower, Matra Magic, Beta, Big Guard, White Wind, Aqualung) and I just have to read ahead carefully for future battles so I know when to equip both so I can fill both.

I'll probably now be spending ages in the tunnel in Junon with the squad of training troops, running around fighting enemies there because they're nice and tough and give pretty good EXP so I can level up Cloud in prep for going back to Gold Saucer. Seriously, I want to get Omnislash before I move on to Gongaga. I did find the post where someone asked for advice on getting Omnislash on the first disk and one piece of advice was to level him up to about level 50, so that's my goal.
Though I have to confess... I'm going to cheat a bit, I used Jenova to edit in a EXP Plus materia. (Yes, I'm a bad girl *mock guilt*)

I also need to remember when I go to Gongaga to shift the team around so Tifa is on the active team - I really want to see how the fight against Reno and Rude goes with her there. ^_^

...I got lost and skipped Zack's hometown entirely and ended up in Niblehiem. I got there eventually.

XD Oh what fun! I guess that's the sort of thing that makes walkthroughs so useful - though that doesn't stop me from occasionally forgetting things - like early on, not reading properly so I forgot to pick up Choco/Mog and ending up replaying right from my grasslands save onwards, sacrificing my first hunt for Yuffie.

And I've done it again, I didn't save at all since probably before Cloud hit level 40 until I hit the Mt. Corel save point on my way back to Gold Saucer. Priceless twit I can be!
