Spoony?!!!

"You spoony bard!"

Spoony? What is that suposed to mean? I supose I can be happy that it didn't get changed due to tighter translation but every time I have ever seen it I have always wondered what it's suposed to mean.

At least I know where it comes from now!

Oh, I found an explaination for the "spoony bard" line on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Chris_von_Muir) -

(and the word "spoony," which means "enamored in a silly or sentimental way" is used more or less correctly here)

Interesting to note however that the rest of the scene has far more insulting speech - if you analyse the japanese. Most of the time that Tellah says "you" in the scene, the japanese word used there is "kisama" - apparently the rudest way of saying "you" in japanese - akin to saying "you bastard" or "you son of a bitch".
