Sim Buys

Well I got SimCity 4 off laybuy - ended up with two movies this week instead of one because the laybuy had Narnia:LLW in it and I grabbed a cheap one-disk copy of I, Robot while in Bi-Lo.

I'll have to wait until tonight before I deal with SC4, it's almost 2pm and I should go have my afternoon nap.

ETA: Glamor Life Stuff - the latest Sims 2 expansion - is out, will look into getting it next week or next fortnight - depending on how things go.

I grabbed it because it looks like you can import landscapes from SC4 into The Sims 2 for new neighbourhoods.

My favourite SimCity game is really oldschool - I favour SC2000.

That's the one with the habitation domes, right? Can't remember the name of the for the life of me.

Heh, I remember playing the first SimCity back in 6th grade. Does that make me old? o.o

I don't know - unless you're refering to the arcos.

Heh, I played it in computer class in 8th and 10th grade - but by that point I think I'd already played SC2000 on my brother's computer.

I've just been spending ages terraforming cityscapes in SC4 - trying to get a terrain for TS2 is harder than I thought because you can only use the small-sized cities and even then you don't see all of the terrain when you transfer it over to TS2 and I can'r seem to transfer terrains back to SC4.
