Ah, I suppose like me, we prefer linking each theme together -- but making it disjointed and seperate in itself works fine too. Of course, that prolly affects the flow of the drabbles but, whatever.

I wonder if it's possible to get a decent smut!fic written using 50 themes and only a sentence per theme. O_o

Ah, sounds pretty cool. I *would* have taken up a set and the Cloud x Leon/Leon x Cloud pairing save the fact that I was afraid of getting bricked and/or shot for doing so (since it has already been snatched away from my feeble fangurly clutches taken up by another user).

Heh, I've read most of her stuff already. Very tasty CL, which is a rare treat considering the Cloud stereotypism that he is the, uh, stupid/emotionally defunct one. Which is a shame, since he is such an 'in-charge' kinda guy come KH2.

I just wonder how much of that is because KH2 was released after Advent Children? They're hardly connected canonwise but it's easy to see Cloud getting a bit more stable after AC so that general idea is also carried over to the official AU crossover.

It's strange when you think about it, because Cloud really is Cloud due to Aerith's death, so his character is less defined in KH (not just because he all he is a nice sparring-buddy). I managed to catch some spoilers (and I won't spoil unless you'd like me to) and played the Jap version, but he's pretty much similar to his KH cameo.

Perhaps his AC character has been carried over, but I have to say (because it is disjointed from the original FF game/movie) that for someone younger than Leon, he sure is more macho. O_o

I only ever once suffered from spoiler shyness and that was for HBP. I have been reading all of Kalloway's spoilerish KH2 posts so that doesn't bother me.

I supose though I also need KH1 spoilers, I won't be able to get a PS2 until at least August - I think.

I still find the whole juggling of FF cameo ages a bit odd though.

I have to say, I absolutely hated Squenix for shifting their ages so drastically. I was broken hearted when I found out that Leon was older than Cloud (thus causing the deaths of many impending plotbunnies I had with Cloud on top). In KH2, you won't believe how much they've butchered the age of Seifer. O_O

If Seifer and Leon ever meet, I think gamers would point and laugh and cheer at the same time. Because Leon would MAJORLY pwn Seifer then, if any of the grudges from FF8 were to resurface (which is very, extremely slim, considering their roles and the focus of the game.)

Leon smiles, chuckles, grins; I can't help but feel it OOC Of course, there are more perks to the game though staunch FF fans (and fandom-dependant fans) will be a little disappointed.

I've seen a picture of Seifer, Rai and Fuu. Rai and Fuu were cute but Seifer was totally wrong! I'm actually glad he was aged down to brat kid though, if FF8!Seifer ever went through a phase like that he grew out of it well before the begining of FFVIII.

Hehe, that's true.

I find KH2 Seifer cute to an extent (and his voice, SWOONISH-NESS) and I think it *would* have been interesting to see if Squenix were right enough in the head smart enough to give him more character and depth -- or at least a bigger role than the resident bully.

Still. Maybe they'll reconsider the characterization faults in a possible KH3, what with the horribly teasing ending.

I wish there was a KH2 Zell though. ^_^

Don't bet on character depth, from what I have been hearing about BC and DoC they have totally denied Sephiroth any shred of humanity at any point in his life (particularly BC where they could have been at least a bit nicer with him).

Haha, not to be a basher or whatnot, but to prove my point, girls don't really act like that in FFX-2. And it really is a shame, because it doesn't seem to promote gender equality anymore -- more like degrading women what with the unbearably sluttish apparel.

The (rather uncalled for) metamorphosis of the FF Hero into a Heroine:

FFVII - Cloud: Cool, badass, macho.
FFVIII - Squall: Equally as cool, silent, smart, etc.
FFIX - Zidane: Cute, but flirty.
FFX - Tidus: A little crybaby wimp.
FFX-2 - Yuna

No matter how much cruelty Square so stupidly grinds Seph through, his fanbase remains secure majorly. I don't think he'll ever slip from any fans' top 5 fave chara list.

Which is saying a lot considering how terrible they're trying to make him.

Yeah, had to love AC. I really wish they hadn't scrapped the initial idea to turn AC into a game -- but I suppose there's only so much you can do with awesome graphics without spoiling the smoothness of the game.

... but damn, it would've been nice to play AC instead of just watch. Though watching is good too. >DD
