Grr!

I am trying to complete the second half of the Shumi Village quest but I can't seem to find where in FH I'm suposed to get a Moomba doll from!

Anyone know where I'm suposed to go?

The book says to speak to 'Grease Monkey'. IIRC, it's somewhere in the middle. Screenshot shows a warehouse-like room with a spiral staircase or something. I so don't remember exactly because it's been forever since I played that part.
