Um...

Anyone recall the date of Rabbithole Day?

Edit: Don't worry, I found it. It seems I didn't get to make a rabbithole post last year - had to go looking in 2005.

*Tilts head to the side with a blank and confused look*

Huh? I don't get it...

(Oh, if only I can find that LJ icon that illustrated this so clearly ^^; )

Rabbithole Day is something of a meme. The idea is to write a post on the 27th of January that is totally weird and OOC for you.

The 27th of January also happens to be some sort of aniversary of Carol Lewis - the writer of Alice In Wonderland. It's either his birthdate, or the aniversary of his death - I don't recall which.

Ooooh... that sounds most interesting! It'll be kinda of nice to deliberately go ahead and try to stretch your wings creatively. (I've never written a slash couple before, I guess I could try and do that.)

Have you any idea of what you'd like to try and do...?

I have a post in mind already. Methinks I should start composing it beforehand, the 27th is a workday and if I had it prewritten I would just have to post it then.

It won't be a fic post though, plotbunnies may bite me often but I rarely find the right words for them.

Will we be looking forward to an essay then? I'd love to see that happen as well!

Woops, it's Lewis Caroll, and the 27th of January is his birthdate - just looked it up on Wikipedia.
