*gnaws and bashes head on deask* damn it I knew the word for it...

A while ago I made the comparison between the Decepticons and a specific disease. And I keep on forgetting the proper disease name so in it's place I just said 'lupus, and the like.'

Anyways, Lupus is an autoimmune disease, but unlike the well known cancer instead of suppressing it your body's immune system gets so hyped up it attacks your own body cells, harming it and destroying it.

There's one that specifically happens with cancer. Your body actually makes antibodies to combat and destroy the cancer, but cancer is your own body cells gone all funny--so they get confused and attack your own body even after the cancer is removed.

I think of the Decepticons that way, the Autobots were in charge but power leads to corruption--I mean they had gladiatorial fights and sentenced mechs to that as punishment, you know where you could end up dead? Over all good people, or individually so (just like the Maximals), but with issues in certain places, unfortunately in high places.

The immune system, the Decepticons gets rilled up like a bee's nest you whacked with a stick. They kick Autobot aft right off Cybertron, which they then conquer. But bees aren't too senseable so they are buzzing around pissed off and looking for a fight while ripping the nest and each other to pieces.

Just imagine if your immune system could leave your body and annihilate anything that could hurt you before it got within ten feet of you? And had thew fire power of 20ft tall giant robots with lasers and spaceships sized to fit at their command? Add the ability to fetch you canepe's and yummies and Voila, Decepticons.
